We provide a full range of precision engineering services, including:

  • CNC machining
  • Precision turning and milling
  • Prototype development
  • Toolmaking and fabrication
  • Custom component manufacturing
  • CAD/CAM design support
  • Assembly and finishing services
  • Quality inspection and testing
  • Fibre Laser Engraving & Marking

We work with clients across multiple sectors, including:

  • Aerospace
  • Automotive
  • Medical and healthcare
  • Oil and gas
  • Electronics
  • Defence
  • Industrial manufacturing
  • Renewable energy

We work with a wide variety of materials, including:

  • Aluminium
  • Stainless steel
  • Mild steel
  • Titanium
  • Brass and copper
  • Engineering plastics
  • Exotic alloys

If you have a specific material requirement, our team can advise on the best manufacturing solution.

We manufacture components to tight tolerances depending on the project requirements, material, and application. Typical tolerances can reach micron-level precision for specialist applications.

Yes. We support both prototype and low-volume production runs, helping clients validate designs before moving to full-scale manufacturing.

Yes. We are equipped to manage everything from one-off custom components to high-volume production batches while maintaining consistent quality standards.

We work with Autodesk Fusion CAD/CAM software to ensure precision, efficiency, and compatibility with customer designs. We can typically accept files in formats such as STEP, IGES, DWG, and DXF.

Quality is central to our manufacturing process. We use advanced inspection equipment and rigorous quality control procedures throughout production, including:

  • First article inspection
  • In-process inspection
  • Final dimensional verification
  • Material traceability
  • Calibration and documentation

Not Yet but its Planned for the near future. However we follow recognised quality management methods currently.

Lead times vary depending on project complexity, material availability, and production volume. We aim to provide realistic delivery schedules and maintain clear communication throughout the project.

Yes. We can manufacture custom components from technical drawings, CAD files, or physical samples.

Yes. In addition to machining and fabrication, we can provide assembly and sub-assembly services where required.

We offer a range of finishing services, including:

  • Anodising
  • Powder coating
  • Plating
  • Heat treatment
  • Polishing
  • Surface grinding
  • Bead blasting

You can request a quotation by sending us your drawings, CAD files, specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements. Our team will review your project and provide a detailed quotation.
