Reverse Engineering Process

1st Step

Customer provided a Part that they wanted reversed Engineered with alterations, this part is a Chain adjuster for a Yamaha R1 British Superbike.

2nd Step

Once the Model has been Produced and finalised on CAD, then a Prototype will be 3D printed on one of our 3D printers. This will verify that the new model is fit for purpose before Machining the part from Solid Billet.

Once any changes are made if required, the Component will now be programmed via a CAD CAM software which will then produce G code for the CNC Machine.

Last Step

Once the final machining is complete, We ensure that the component is to the correct specification and sizes before delivering to the customer.
